Finding support if you need it…
I write about difficult and sometimes traumatic experiences. I often start live sets with a poem called trigger warning for that reason. I’ve had a lot of positive feedback that poems have helped other people feel seen or explored issues in a way they found helpful but sometimes we can be impacted in ways we can’t anticipate. So I am just going to leave this here in case it feels useful.
